Megan acquired Bachelor’s degree in Food, Nutrition and Health under the Faculty of Land and Food Systems at University of British Columbia and finished her Master’s Degree of Counselling Psychology at Athabasca University in Alberta. She utilizes the format of mostly individual therapy to help others overcome a variety of psychological problems when she worked with a local counselling clinic. She later worked closely with youths and their family at a local school district and broadened her expertise.

Needless to say, Megan has passion in helping others to cope with difficult times and struggles and aims to build both short and long term goals to establish personal growth. She is an avid reader of recent studies done with clinical psychology and has keen interest in helping others to overcome stressors in life.

In her spare time, Megan enjoys travelling and visiting novel places, particularly places with a rich historical and cultural background. On a daily basis, Megan goes for a jog to refresh her day and reenergize herself. On the weekend, she goes for a hike in local parks and takes a moment to be with herself and the nature.
